Seattle is a hot real estate market that isn’t going to cool anytime soon. Good properties go fast, so buyers need to be prepared and they have to act fast. That said, you don’t need to make hasty decisions or overpay for a property.
My record for successful offers is way above the city or industry average. I don’t have a secret – I think strategically, I look at homes through the eyes of a real estate broker, builder/remodeler, mother and investor to help my clients make informed decisions. I have trusted relationships with sellers agents around the city and the connections (financing, contractors, etc.) my clients need to put in a solid offer, close the deal and move into their dream home.
